ABCloudz is seeking a dynamic and collaborative Power Platform & M365 Enablement Specialist to guide our customers on their modern workplace journey. This position focuses on empowering end users, enabling self-service, building community, and delivering meaningful training initiatives. If you have a passion for driving user adoption and helping others develop their own low-code/no-code solutions, this is the role for you!
Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of support for Power Platform tools including Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
Provide expert guidance, training, and mentorship to business users to help them create their own solutions.
Serve as a Microsoft 365 evangelist, promoting tools like Viva, Planner, SharePoint, and Teams to improve collaboration and productivity.
Design and deliver engaging training content as part of initiatives like the “Modern Workplace Academy.”
Build and manage a Microsoft 365 user community, fostering collaboration and ongoing learning.
Promote governance, safety, and best practices in Power Platform environments.
Help users understand licensing models, especially around Project and Planner integration.
Collaborate closely with leadership to refine support models, training strategy, and adoption roadmaps.
Provide ongoing feedback on Microsoft 365 and Power Platform feature updates and support long-term strategic enablement.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience working with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools including Teams, SharePoint, Planner, and Viva.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong understanding of governance, self-service enablement, and licensing in the Microsoft ecosystem.
Familiarity with project management tools such as Planner and Microsoft Project.
High initiative, self-driven, and a team player with a passion for empowering others.
Preferred Skills:
Experience managing internal user communities or academies.
Experience designing and delivering training programs and materials.
Prior experience with end-user enablement in a large or enterprise environment.
Passion for mentoring and growing user technical capabilities.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.
Must be fluent in English, able to explain complex topics clearly, and lead training for diverse audiences.
