Description
Some responsibilities in Power System Design and Integration Internship may include: - Cadence and MATLAB modelling support. - New circuit or power technology proof-of-concept investigations. - Python scripting for data collection and driving test robots, prototyping of new hardware, system bring-up, characterisation, testing and validation factory data collection and support activities. - Design of Experiments (DOE) creation, execution and data analysis. - Production system-level problem solving - Failure analysis, root cause & corrective action proposal.
Minimum Qualifications
Currently pursuing Bachelor Degree/Master Degree/PhD in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Computer Systems Engineering or similar degree.
Able to commit for at least 3 months full-time for the internship.
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to work in team-based environment.
Self-motivating.
Solid EE fundamentals in both analog and digital design and comfortable with tackling new challenges with the critical thinking and problem solving skills.
Strong analytical/problem solving skills and ability to use statistical tools (JMP, Matlab) and techniques
Proficiency in programming, experience with python is preferred.
Knowledge and experience in power electronics and direct wireless charging is preferred.
Circuit level simulation experience in EE simulation platforms like Cadence/ADS/LTspice etc.
Experience with instrumentation equipment (Impedance analyser, virtual network analyser and oscilloscope).
Hands-on experience (Soldering, circuit measurement, prototyping).
