Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Google Ads Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions for our clients/business. The role requires hands-on experience with Google Ads tools and a strong understanding of SEM best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Campaign Creation and Management:
• Plan, execute, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube.
• Develop engaging ad copies, headlines, and visuals tailored to the target audience.
• Keyword Research and Analysis:
• Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-performing, relevant keywords.
• Monitor keyword performance and adjust strategies as necessary.
• Optimization:
• Continuously optimize ad performance through A/B testing, bid adjustments, and targeting refinements.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates.
• Reporting and Insights:
• Prepare and present regular performance reports with actionable insights.
• Provide recommendations for improving campaign results and achieving client goals.
• Budget Management:
• Manage campaign budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
• Ensure campaigns stay within allocated budgets and deliver optimal performance.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the design and content teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
• Coordinate with the SEO team to align strategies for maximum digital marketing effectiveness.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficient in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other PPC tools.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Google Ads Certification is a plus.
• Experience with other PPC platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Bing Ads) is a bonus.
• Understanding of remarketing, audience targeting, and conversion tracking.
