Role: PR & Media Executive

This is a full-time role for a dynamic PR & Media Executive, responsible for driving impactful press coverage, strategic storytelling, and building strong media relationships to elevate our clients’ brands.

Responsibilities

Media Strategy & Relations
• Develop tailored media outreach plans that align with each client’s brand positioning and goals.
• Build and nurture relationships with journalists, editors, digital portals, luxury and lifestyle publications.
• Secure coverage across online, print, weekend supplements, podcasts, and broadcast.

Storytelling & Content Development
• Craft compelling press releases, pitch notes, and media kits that bring client stories to life.
• Identify timely media pegs, industry trends, and thought leadership opportunities.
• Coordinate authored articles, spokesperson profiling, and product placements.

Campaign & PR Execution
• Execute PR campaigns from ideation to rollout — ensuring consistent, on-brand messaging across platforms.
• Strategize and implement PR gifting to build brand affinity and strengthen key relationships.

Influencer & Celebrity Outreach (Support)
• Collaborate with the team on influencer & celebrity collaborations.
• Assist in coordinating sourcing and follow-ups.

Reporting & Analysis

Track coverage, compile detailed media reports, and analyze PR ROI for clients.

Qualifications
• 1+ years of experience in PR, media relations, or communications (preferably with an agency and within beauty, fashion, or lifestyle).
• Excellent communication and writing skills — from crisp pitches to engaging campaign concepts.
• Strong network or understanding of media landscape across India.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in PR, Mass Communication, Journalism, or related fields.
