We're looking for an experienced Senior Design Manager to lead design development during the early contractor involvement (ECI) stages for our client's ambitious and diverse portfolio of projects.

Your Key Responsibilities

Drive design outcomes during the pre-construction phase, ensuring alignment with project objectives, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
Collaborate closely with clients, architects, consultants, and key stakeholders to refine design concepts and resolve challenges.
Lead the development of innovative, practical, and cost-effective design solutions, leveraging expertise in advanced construction techniques.
Manage risk by identifying design challenges early and ensuring they are addressed proactively.

Key Requirements

8+ years of experience in Design Management, with a focus on early contractor involvement (ECI).
A proven track record of delivering high-quality outcomes on large-scale construction projects.
Strong knowledge of Australian construction standards, regulations, and methodologies.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
