Job description:

The role will be responsible to support business growth and product adoption of the assigned product domains by developing compelling product messaging and positioning, go-to-market programs, collaterals, assets and campaigns that clearly communicate the value of SmartPing’s proposition to the target audience.

Roles and Responsibilities:
•  Crafting market contextual messaging, positioning, and collaterals including product decks, brochures, videos case studies, whitepapers, blogs and other materials that resonate with target audiences.
•  Develop deep knowledge of the product domain and be the expert in market trends, competitive landscape, market growth drivers and be able to translate these into the value propositions communicated in the product messaging and collaterals.
•  Partner with the product team to drive the development and launch of vertical-specific products in support of the product strategy.
•  Partner with the product team to develop effective sales training materials and operationalize the sales enablement, making it easy for sales to understand our product offerings and key positioning.
•  Collect and prioritize product use cases and customer stories from product leaders, sales teams and partners to develop case studies and reference materials.
•  Drive thought leadership at industry forums, analyst forums, events and/or for customer meetings.
•  Champion, author, and coordinate regular communications to sales teams and other cross-functional
• teams on new launches, technology trends and industry developments.

Required skills:
•  5-8+ years of experience in product marketing in B2B domains. Experience with CPaaS product marketing will be preferred.
•  Ability to strategize and craft compelling product messaging and customer-facing presentations.
•  Comfortable presenting to executive leaders and cross functional partners.

 Knowledge of the CPaaS market, Whatsapp business messaging, Conversational AI and its

competitive landscape.

Role Role: PreSales Product Specialists – CPaaS, Whatsapp Business Messaging and Conversational AI Department: Product and Marketing

Job description:

The role will be responsible to develop and implement the presales strategies for the domains of CPaaS and/or Whatsapp Business messaging, to drive business growth and meet revenue targets. The role will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful adoption of our solutions by analysing the customers use cases and crafting the techno-commercial solution. The incumbent will be a market facing, subject matter expert focused on enterprise customer unique needs in the domains and be able to demonstrate tangible business benefits to the clients’ through our solutions propositions.

Roles and Responsibilities:
•  Collaborate closely with the product manager and the business stakeholders to define and implement the pre-sales strategy for the assigned CPaaS domain and industry vertical. Drive the development of compelling value propositions and solution proposals that effectively communicate the benefits of our offerings to potential clients.
•  Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new opportunities to drive the revenue targets.
•  Work in close partnership with cross-functional teams and partners, including technical and CSD, to gain an in-depth understanding of our service offerings, differentiations, and capabilities. Translate the technical capabilities into tailored solutions that address clients' unique requirements.
•  Conduct presentations and engage in strategic discussions with decision makers across all levels, showcasing our solutions' value proposition and demonstrating how they align with the clients' business goals.
•  Oversee the creation and submission of detailed, accurate, and persuasive proposals and bids in response to client RFPs/RFIs. Ensure that proposals effectively communicate our offerings' strengths and differentiation.
•  Responsible for the sustained customer success and growth of the wallet share in the assigned domains and accounts.

 Stay at the forefront of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies within the CPaaS and Whatsapp business messaging domain.

Required Skills:
•  Overall 7-15+ years of experience with 3+ years of prior industry experience as a product sales specialists in an Enterprise CPaaS domain.
•  Strong knowledge of the CPaaS market and technical solutions, specifically Whatsapp business messaging and Conversational AI and its competitive landscape.
•  Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
•  Self-starter with a positive and solution-oriented mindset.

 Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and deliver in a multi-stakeholder eco-system
