Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team as a Pre Sales Engineer. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions that demonstrate our value proposition. You will act as a trusted advisor, collaborating with internal teams to develop and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and solution designs that align with client objectives.

Key Responsibilities1. Presentations and Demonstrations

Create and deliver dynamic, customized presentations and product demonstrations that highlight the technical capabilities and competitive advantages of our solutions.
Adapt presentation materials to meet the unique concerns and objectives of diverse stakeholders, from technical teams to C-level executives.
2. Proposal Development

Collaborate with sales, product, and technical teams to craft detailed, persuasive, and client-focused proposals.
Ensure proposals clearly communicate the alignment of our solutions with client requirements and industry standards.
3. Client Engagement and Relationship Building

Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding client business challenges, goals, and technical requirements.
Provide consultative support to clients, offering solutions that address their pain points and demonstrate measurable value.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Technical Expertise and Knowledge Sharing

Stay up-to-date with company products, emerging technologies, and industry trends to deliver informed and impactful solutions.
Analyze competitor offerings and market developments to refine solution positioning and maintain a competitive edge.
5. Solution Design and Tailoring

Collaborate with clients to design bespoke, scalable solutions that align with their specific business needs and goals.
Leverage technical expertise to recommend optimal configurations and workflows for seamless implementation.
6. Collaboration Across Teams

Work closely with sales, marketing, product management, and engineering teams to align strategies and ensure consistent messaging during client engagements.
Contribute to the enhancement of internal processes and solution offerings based on client feedback and market trends.
7. Documentation and Handover

Document client interactions, proposals, and solution designs comprehensively to support the sales process.
Ensure a smooth handover to the implementation team by providing detailed and clear documentation of agreed-upon solutions.
Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
Experience:
At least 7 years in a presales, sales engineering, or related role.
Proven track record of delivering engaging presentations and persuasive proposals.
Technical Skills:
Strong technical background in PHP, .Net, MERN Stack, Python, and other open-source technologies.
Proficiency with presentation tools (PowerPoint, Keynote) and proposal software.
Quick adaptability to learn and understand new technologies.
Soft Skills:
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Effective in both independent and team-oriented work environments.
Preferred Qualifications

Certifications in relevant technical or sales domains.
Experience in similar roles within large-scale enterprise environments.
