Job Description: Briefing about the residential project to the customers.
• Promote sales of properties through Tele-calling and follow-up.
• Act as an intermediary in negotiations
• Handle customer support via calls, guide them regarding project details, and connect them to the sales team.
• Communicate effectively with Managers/ Sales team on the daily appointments of visit schedule.
• Handle leads from channel partner
• Maintaining self-day-to-day reports.
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
• Scheduling site visits and follow-ups, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they visit.
• Open to flexible work shifts and working on weekends with one week off on weekdays.

Skills Required:
• A result-oriented professional with a positive outlook
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• English Proficiency (Spoken and Written), Hindi (Spoken),

Kannada (Spoken), and Telugu (Spoken) are preferred.
• Self-motivated and driven
