Responsibilities
• Manage a high volume of pre-litigation personal injury cases.
• Effectively communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and other parties related to the case.
• Oversee the work of pre-litigation case managers and support staff, ensuring that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Review and finalize settlement demands, utilizing strong negotiation skills to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of state and federal laws related to personal injury cases.
• Develop and implement best practices for pre-litigation processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their case, ensuring they are kept informed and reassured throughout the process.
Qualifications
• Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• A minimum of 2+ years of experience as a practicing attorney, specifically in pre-litigation and personal injury law.
• Must be an active member in good standing with the State Bar.
• Proven ability to manage a high volume of cases, with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and other parties.
• Strong negotiation skills, with a proven track record of successful settlements.
• Ability to oversee and manage a team of pre-litigation case managers and support staff.
• Detail-oriented and able to review and finalize settlement demands accurately and efficiently.
• Demonstrated commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards.
