Job Description:

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Pre-Primary Teacher to join our team in Barabanki. As a Pre-Primary Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the early education of our students. You will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development of young children.

Responsibilities:
• Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities to stimulate the intellectual, social, and physical development of children
• Create a safe and inclusive learning environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and independence
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
• Observe and assess individual children's progress and provide feedback to parents and guardians
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to plan and coordinate school-wide events and activities
• Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all students at all times
• Attend professional development workshops and stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and practices

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Pre-Primary Teacher or similar role
• Excellent knowledge of child development and early childhood education
• Passionate about working with young children and helping them reach their full potential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment
• Patience, empathy, and understanding towards the needs of young children
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents
• Valid teaching certification or diploma in Early Childhood Education
