Join us at USA Sport Group this Fall Season as a Preschool Sports Coach and make a meaningful impact on young children's lives through sports education! As a Preschool Sports Coach with USA Sport Group, you will be responsible for leading engaging, age-appropriate sports activities for children aged 3 to 7. The role involves implementing fun, interactive sessions that introduce basic skills and teamwork through a variety of sports such as soccer, lacrosse, track & field, t-ball, and more. Your primary goal is to foster a love for sports, encourage physical activity, and develop fundamental motor skills in a positive and supportive environment.
Our coaching positions offer a fantastic opportunity to build your coaching skills, develop your ability to connect with young children, and gain valuable experience in youth sports education. The ideal candidate has a solid background in sports, whether through playing or coaching, and possesses a lively, enthusiastic personality that can inspire and energize young minds.
This position offers flexibility in location, as we run programs in various towns and counties. Additionally, we offer schedules that ensure students can participate without conflicting with their academic and/or athletic commitments.

Fall Season Opportunities and Beyond:
The Fall season lasts for about 8 weeks, starting in September and running through mid-November. Candidates are ideally available for the entire season, with sessions typically scheduled on Saturday and Sunday mornings, along with limited weekday opportunities. We provide comprehensive curriculums, all necessary equipment, fantastic rates of pay, and paid training before you begin. Ongoing employment opportunities are available beyond the Fall season, allowing you to continue your journey with us and make a lasting impact in our community.
You will be required to attend a Virtual Introductory Hiring Presentation where you can learn more about USA Sport Group and the coaching opportunities available, from the comfort of your own home! At the conclusion of the presentation, we will outline the next steps in our recruitment process, including an in-person hiring event.
Does this sound like you?
Previous teaching and/or coaching experience (preferred)
A fun and bubbly personality to keep the children engaged
Ability to relate and communicate with children, parents, and co-workers
Enthusiasm about sports & teaching basic skills to beginners
Desire to learn and improve as an educator or coach
The ideal candidate SHOULD meet the following criteria:
Valid driver’s license & access to a vehicle to transport equipment
