Job Role:

 Planning, assessing, organising and delivering activities and creating customised learning experiences

 Facilitating the all-round development of all children, enabling them to reach their full potential

 Supporting the development of the children within the EYFS curriculum

 Key Person role for a group of children, actively communicating Planning, assessing, organising and delivering activities and creating customised learning experiences

 Creating an inclusive environment for both the staff, students and parents/carers

 Monthly/weekly/daily learning outcome goals and implementing into daily classroom practise

 Producing termly evaluation reports for designated key children and termly parents’ reports

 Be accessible and available as a point of contact for parents or carers.
