Key Responsibilities: • Curriculum Delivery: Implement a well-rounded, engaging curriculum that adheres to academic standards, ensuring a holistic educational experience for students. • Classroom Management: Create a positive, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment where students feel safe and encouraged to express themselves. • Lesson Planning: Develop and execute creative, interactive lesson plans tailored to individual learning styles and abilities. • Student Assessment: Regularly evaluate student progress and adjust teaching methods to accommodate diverse needs, maintaining detailed records. • Parent Communication: Foster open and effective communication with parents, providing feedback on student performance and offering support as needed. • Professional Development: Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with educational trends and innovative teaching strategies. • Extracurricular Activities: Encourage student participation in extracurricular activities and projects that enhance their personal and academic growth. • Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues, contributing to a collaborative and cooperative school culture. Qualifications: • Bachelor's /Master's degree in Education. • Any graduate / post graduate. • Fluent in English language. • Proven experience in teaching pre-primary & primary school students. • Strong classroom management and communication skills. • Passion for inspiring young minds and fostering a love for learning.
