Job Description -

A Day in the Life:

• Reporting directly to a senior member of the management team and working closely with the senior team.

• Populating PowerPoint presentations using survey data tables or raw data.

• Performing quality checks on outputs to ensure no errors in the presentation of data.

• Designing / modifying output presentation templates.

• Working with senior stakeholders to design and populate market research reports.

• Conducting additional reporting as and when necessary.

• Participating in customer discussions, synthesize information into concise, and unambiguous written requirements and support it.

• Understand client data as well as written requirements specifications, from initial creation, through change management and solution delivery.

• Support in preparing proposal documents and responding to RFP.

• Build processes and guide team members in how to best prepare and present documents.

• Responsible for the application of brand guidelines

Experience:

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in Market Research.

• Experience of survey design, data analysis, production of visuals (charts, graphs) and presentations.

Requirements -

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree level or higher in a field utilizing statistics or social sciences, or equivalent qualification through work experience.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.

• Ability to multi-task, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and working under tight time constraints.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team with equal comfort.

• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to communicate clearly and effectively with others technical and non-technical, junior and senior, internal and external.
