Job description
Mathematics Educator Wanted

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Mathematics Educator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective mathematics instruction to students, fostering a love of mathematics in all learners.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Classroom Management: Maintain a safe, engaging, and well-organized learning environment for young children.
• Teaching Methods: Utilize a variety of teaching methods, including hands-on activities, games, technology integration, and real-world applications.
• Learning Environment: Create a positive and inclusive environment that fosters a love of mathematics in all students.
• Lesson Planning: Develop and deliver developmentally appropriate, play-based lesson plans in alignment with the early childhood and CBSE curriculum.
• Child Development: Deliver interactive math lessons tailored to individual learning needs, promoting social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
• Parent Communication: Maintain open communication with parents through regular updates, progress reports, and parent-teacher meetings.
• Activity Organization: Organize and conduct creative activities such as arts and crafts, storytelling, music, and outdoor play to enhance learning.
• Collaboration: Work closely with teaching assistants and participate in teacher training, school events, and extracurricular activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's / Master's degree in Education or a related field.
• B.Ed. qualification is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for teaching Mathematics and nurturing young learners.
• Ability to foster a creative and stimulating learning environment.
• Minimum 1 year of prior teaching experience preferred.
• Only female candidates below 45 years of age are eligible for this position.
