Your new role

They are seeking an experienced and dynamic Principal Architect to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional ready to take the next step in their career. The ideal candidate will have a strong network within the multi-residential architecture sector, a proven track record of winning new business, and the ability to oversee multiple high-pressure projects with a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage multi-residential and commercial architecture projects from concept to completion
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the firm's portfolio
Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Oversee project teams, providing guidance and mentorship to junior staff
Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards
Prepare and present design proposals and reports to clients and stakeholders
Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices


What you'll need to succeed

Registered NSW Architect
Extensive experience in multi-residential or commercial architecture projects
Strong network within the architecture and construction industry
Proven ability to win new business and develop client relationships
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple high-pressure projects simultaneously
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
