This is a supportive and collaborative team environment that allows for independence and continuous improvement initiatives. You will work proactively with your sites and leaders to achieve positive outcomes for our schools, employees, and students.
Maintaining confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical conduct are essential qualities for this role. The work can be intensive, time-pressured, challenging, and at times politically sensitive, but our supportive team achieves great things together.

Support leaders in managing unsatisfactory performance and conduct concerns
Address non-compensable incapacity impacting an employee's ability to carry out their role
