About the Role

As a Principal Designer, you should be talented and experienced to inspire and lead the creative efforts for a high end interior design vertical in Livspace for that region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design process from conception to completion, ensuring the delivery of exceptional design work that meets and exceeds the customer’s expectations.

Responsibilities

Oversee the development of design proposals, presentations, and project documentation and lead design presentations to the customers.
Oversee the design process from conception to completion.
Work closely with fulfillment team to ensure right interpretation and implementation of the locked design.
Ensure the delivery of exceptional design work that meets and exceeds customer expectations.
Manage the design for high value projects month-on-month.
Drive Customer experience & Relationship Management.
Ensure output on design Net Promoter Survey (Customer rating).
Develop and implement design strategies that enhance the studio’s brand and reputation for excellence.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, products, and technologies to maintain the firm's competitive edge.

Qualifications

Strong background in interior design.
Excellent leadership skills to oversee the firm's day-to-day operations.
Min 7-10 Years of experience.
Experience in handling high value projects.(Min 30-50

Operational strength to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Ability to maintain high-quality standards set by the company.

Preferred Skills

Experience managing multiple high value projects simultaneously.
