The Principal Solutions Architect role will Realise business and technology objectives through solution architecture techniques for the Banking Services domain. this role sits within the banking services domain is responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of complex banking systems. They ensure that these systems align with business goals and regulatory requirements.

The key responsibilities include:

Develop and maintain the overall architecture for core banking systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements .
Support the business in developing strategic transformation roadmaps
Effectively communicate with Product Managers and Lead Engineers to deliver practical and actionable banking solutins
Act as an advocate and thought leader in all aspects of the payments ecosystem
As a senior architect, provide the direction and oversight of key strategic banking programmes within the bank Collaborate with various departments to ensure that core banking systems meet both functional and technical specifications

Nā tāu rourou | What will you bring?

•10+ Years of Architecture experience, preferably within financial services
Experience coaching and mentoring junior staff
TOGAF certification or equivalent
Payments ecosystem experience
A deep understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks
Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
