About The Role

We’re on the lookout for a part-time Sales Assistant to work with our Prize Home team. You will be responsible for providing customer service to our supporters, donors and members including inbound and outbound sales.

Duties include:

Engaging supporters and delivering exceptional product/ service information with professionalism and courtesy.
Providing prompt resolutions and recommendations to customer queries.
Maintaining meticulous documentations of supporter interactions
Driving sales by inspiring supports with personalised recommendations and passionately advocating our cause.
About You

Exceptional customer service with experience in a sales environment.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present clear and concise information.
