Role: LMS Administrator
Job Description
Assess relevant training needs for staff and organization, in consultation with departmental heads, including assessment methods and measurement systems entailed.
Design training courses, map processes & programs necessary to meet training needs, or manage this activity using the GIEOM software
Formulate and successfully implement training calendar.
Stay informed to relevant skill and qualifications levels required by staff for effective performance.
Ensure all training activities and materials meet with relevant organizational, statutory, and client policies.
Monitor and report on activities, costs, performance etc. as required.
Develop self, and maintain knowledge in relevant field at all times.
Requirements
Previous knowledge with working on Gieom Blueprint, Simulation etc a huge plus.
Previous knowledge of developing different learning solutions, such as simulations, tests online courses, business process document, standard operating procedure documents, etc., again a huge plus.
Ability to collaborate with subject matter experts, management stakeholders, designers, developers, content writers and QA team members for various learning solutions development
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Desire to learn new technologies and applications as required by the business
Exposure to Visio, Word, and Excel exposure to create the process flows would be an added advantage.

Salary: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
