Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Process Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering legal documents to individuals involved in court proceedings, ensuring that all processes are conducted in compliance with legal standards. This role requires strong organizational and administrative skills, as well as the ability to analyze information and write detailed reports. Excellent customer service skills are essential for interacting with clients and recipients of legal documents.

Responsibilities

Serve legal documents, such as subpoenas, summonses, and complaints, to individuals and businesses in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure proper documentation and proof of service is completed for each delivery.
Maintain accurate records of served and unserved documents.
Communicate effectively with management’s directions
Adhere to all legal regulations and procedures governing process serving.
Requirements

Valid Driver's License
Reliable transportation
Cell Phone with data
Computer with internet
Printer
Previous experience as a process server or in a related field preferred but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
