We’re on the hunt for a Digital Product Designer to join our team, reporting to the Head of Product. You’ll bring strong product and digital design skills and a hunger to keep growing. This role offers real variety – from marketing websites and assets to crafting our core web and mobile app experiences.

Requirements
As a Product Designer at Onside, you’ll help shape intuitive, purposeful, and delightful experiences. You’ll understand user needs and business outcomes, bringing creativity, design flair, and technical skill to everything you create.
You will:
Collaborate with the Product Manager and Head of Product on both product and marketing projects
Design and deliver UI mock-ups, interactive prototypes, MVPs, and polished final products
Create digital and print assets for campaigns, including social media and promotional materials
Produce internal design collateral like presentations, enablement tools and educational content
Support the marketing team with brand design, website updates, and creative direction – we all muck in when needed!
What You Bring
A degree in Digital Product, UX/UI Design, or a related field
Intermediate experience in UX/UI design with a drive to grow fast
A learning mindset – open to feedback and eager to upskill
Proficiency with tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Miro (or similar)
Strong communication skills – able to collaborate with customers and teammates alike
A team-first attitude – you enjoy working with great people and celebrating wins
Curiosity – you’re open to experimenting with new tools and technologies (like AI) to enhance creativity and efficiency
Bonus Points For:
Graphic design experience
Experience conducting or supporting user research
Familiarity with design systems
