Qualification – Pharmacy graduate with/without MBA OR PGDM in Marketing
Experience – Minimum 3 months Pharma sales (field) experience
OR currently working as Management Trainee
Preferred segment – Gyn/Ortho/Derma
Job description
- Filed work (10-15 days) every month.
- Field Work To review & evaluate strategy implementation.
- Competitor analysis and preparing communication to tackle competitor.
- Sales data Analysis (IMS, Primary, Secondary, Collection etc)
- Conducting on field training to the Field staff frequently.
- Preparation of product communication tools (VAs, LBLs etc.)
- Monthly / Quarterly brand review & monitoring.
- Co-ordination with all support function for effective implementation of marketing strategy.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
