As Product Experience Lead at CUBE, you will play a strategic role in elevating and standardising the product experience across our regulatory information platform portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a comprehensive product experience strategy that aligns with business objectives and user needs.
Define and document design principles, patterns, and standards to ensure consistency and quality across all products.
Identify opportunities for experience improvements through user research, analytics, and stakeholder feedback.
Design Leadership
Provide strategic direction and guidance to UX and UI designers while respecting team autonomy.
Lead the development and maintenance of a design system that promotes consistency and efficiency across products.
Facilitate design reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure adherence to established standards.
Drive innovation in product experience while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Partner with Product Managers to ensure product experience priorities align with business strategy and roadmap delivery.
Work closely with the Product Experience Researcher to define research priorities, translate research insights into actionable design standards, and validate design decisions.
Collaborate on measuring the impact of experience improvements.
Quality Assurance and Optimisation
Establish metrics and KPIs to measure product experience quality and effectiveness.
Regularly audit products to ensure adherence to design standards and identify areas for improvement.
Lead initiatives to optimise user journeys and reduce friction points across products.
Monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure our product experience remains competitive.
Knowledge Management and Communication
Create and maintain documentation for design standards, guidelines, and best practices.
Develop and deliver training materials to help teams understand and implement design standards.
Regularly report on product experience initiatives, progress, and impact to stakeholders.
Foster a culture of design excellence and user-centered thinking across the organization.
