The opportunity

As a Product Manager with Adobe Experience Platform, you will drive key initiatives that leverage insights derived from behavioral, event, and usage data. You will collaborate closely with research, data science, and engineering teams to ideate on, prototype, validate, and launch machine learning based products for Adobe Experience Platform’s enterprise customers. You will work in close partnership with customers, user research, and field teams to identify end-user pain points and prioritize business requirements for problems that can be solved with applied ML. You will collaborate with Design, Engineering, Product Marketing, and Program Management to deliver continuous value to enterprise customers.

What You'll Do
• Analyze data and collaborate with data science and engineering to identify algorithm/model upgrades opportunities.
• Independently envision, define, own, and drive product roadmap for Adobe Experience Platform’s critical product area.
• Provide a strong customer perspective and direction to data science, research, engineering, and architecture teams.
• Drive ideation, prototyping, and validation of applied machine learning based features.
• Define, track and measure metrics for product success for data-intensive AI products.
• Interface with customers and customer-facing teams to identify and validate new product opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across solutions to drive execution, launch, and adoption of features.
• Communicate and report to leadership on strategic initiatives, roadmap updates, and adoption highlights.

What You'll Need To Succeed
• Strong problem-solving and data analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from objective and subjective data
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to work with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong people skills, with the ability to motivate and influence people without authority.
• Ability to effectively communicate and report on status to executive leadership.
• Ability to independently drive product decisions and get alignment from stakeholders across solutions.
• Experience working on SaaS/Cloud products.
• Good understanding of technology and design of data-intensive, machine learning based products.
• Demonstrated passion for AI, expertise in data analytics tools, and knowledge of Python/Django is preferred.
• Knowledge of linear regression, logistic regression, and ML model selection will be an added advantage.
• B.Tech/BE in Computer Science. MBA or equivalent relevant experience is preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in Data Analysis or Product Management with demonstrated expertise in building AI/ML products
