Want to use your product management skills for good? At Dataro, we use AI to help nonprofits have a bigger impact on the world. Our software is used by some of the largest charities in the world where we have helped them raise millions more for their causes.

We are looking for a product manager for our Modelling and Insights team, based in Sydney. This team is responsible for (a) building and maintaining the models and data pipeline that answer some of the most important questions that charities have, and (b) finding effective ways to present this technical information to a non-technical audience.

As the product manager for this team, you will be responsible for:

Collaborating with engineering, design, and product leadership to build out the roadmap for this team
Conducting product discovery for said roadmap via user/market research and meeting with internal/external stakeholders
Communicating goals, progress, and outcomes with the border team
The role reports to the Head of Product, who is based in San Francisco.

Need to haves:

Prior experience as a product manager working on B2B SaaS products
Solid understanding of machine learning/data science concepts
Past experience with Python and SQL, with or without AI assistance
Track record of building strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external clients
Ability to lead customer-facing research
Nice to haves:

Experience working at a startup
Prior experience as a data scientist/data engineer
Bachelor’s/Graduate degree in Computer Science, or other technical field (or equivalent experience).
