Product Manager - Government Banking - Liasioning with the RMs/State Heads to understand the ground realities of the market and deliver superior customer requirements and customized product offerings to Govt. Clients. - Determining profitability of business proposals based on information provided by RMs through CBA tools. - Critical thinking in terms of identifying new markets and opportunities in Government Banking Space. - Ensuring better Business drives and Product offerings by streamlining processes to improve customer, frontline and operations experience. - Working on RFPs, Govt. Tenders and Bid based mandates to understand the business requirements, and design of business solution - Coordination with Internal Products and IT Teams. GCG point of contact for internal co-ordination for L&D exercise, R&R and Strategic Meets. - Co-owning and driving GCG focus segments (Education, Health and Central Sector Schemes) through VD projects. - Implementation of P1 and P2 level project of the bank.
