What is the larger purpose and impact of this role?
The goal of this role is to drive Product Led Growth at MiStay. Although this is an internship, the person will get the opportunity to own and work end-to-end across the product lifecycle from ideation to achieving business impact w.r.t growth.
What would be my responsibilities?
S/he will work cross-functionally/ closely with the Operations/ Business Development/ Growth teams to understand/ identify the opportunities for driving product-led growth and then convert those opportunities to product specifications (PRDs) and work with partners/ engineering teams to drive the development for achieving the required growth metrics.
Some of the product initiatives s/he will work on would include:
• Automation in customer support by working with cloud telephony/ helpdesk partners
• Product revamp to better manage hotel partners
• Product initiatives to drive user growth - referral, engagement, etc
The role would also involve analyzing the various forms of data and deriving insights to identify initiatives/ levers for growth and working cross-functionally on the successful execution of those initiatives.
