Overview:
Hexagon Autonomy & Positioning, a division of Hexagon AB, is looking for a Product Manager to champion and develop high quality positioning service products for users in target industries such as agriculture, marine, surveying, and opportunities in new markets. As a Product Manager you will support the development of the product strategy from the financial, business and technical perspectives through the entire product lifecycle. As the champion for your product line, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse network of colleagues and customers across industries. Together with the Positioning Services product team, you will be a key contributor to defining and executing product strategies and development plans for our positioning services products, to drive growth in recurring revenue for Hexagon Autonomy & Positioning.
Responsibilities:
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for:
Representing customer and business interests in product development, such as gathering stakeholder requirements, developing product value propositions, and working closely with engineering on technical product strategies and roadmaps.
Collaborating with the portfolio and vertical segment management teams to understand how product advancements will impact current use cases and future opportunities
Analyzing and reporting on market trends and product KPIs to drive financial growth and profitability for positioning services products
Empowering stakeholders with product and training materials to effectively sell and support your products. This includes creating product spec sheets, presentations, FAQ’s, and user case studies
Delivering clear and compelling product presentations tailored to audiences such as leadership, internal business stakeholders, and customers
Travel (regional and international a few times a year) to collaborate with product development teams and support customer market research
Qualifications:
Must-Have:
5 years of product management or engineering experience in the GNSS, positioning, autonomy, or related technology industry
Technical degree in relevant discipline (Engineering, Geomatics)
Passion for products and customer success
Attention to detail balanced with high-level thinking
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Self-starter with a drive to pioneer new product features and motivated by solving customer problems with technology
Well-spoken, organized and technically adept; can confidently engage with technical and business stakeholders and communicate complex topics to diverse audiences
Ability to collaborate with a wide cross-functional network; can work effectively through a variety of communication channels with in-person and remote team-members
Strong business acumen
Can easily adapt to a changing environment with multiple priorities
