What You’ll Do
Greytip is looking for a dynamic product marketing specialist to design and implement marketing strategies and programs to increase awareness and scale the adoption of our flagship product, greytHR. Our ideal candidate is passionate, with 5+ Years of experience in B2B product marketing with proven success in creating and executing successful marketing programs.
Dive right in and seize this opportunity to be part of our dynamic team of marketing, creative, and technology experts and deliver impact.
• Plan, design, and execute Go To Market (GTM) strategy for new launches.
• Collaborate with internal teams (customer success, sales, creative, and product teams) and external agencies to develop innovative campaigns that drive product adoption, usage, conversion, and renewal.
• Develop/Test and Revise key product messaging, positioning, and value proposition for various product features/offerings.
• Identify marketing strategies, tactics, and channels to support product adoption.
• Build customer-focused product content, like case studies, playbooks, feature blogs, etc., that informs, inspires, and drives adoption. (Candidate should be comfortable organizing customer connects and developing case studies/testimonials.)
• Drive content creation for sales collaterals: video scripts, product walkthroughs, etc.
• Craft impactful content for emailers, newsletters, banner ads, webpages, social media, landing pages, e-guides, infographics, and more.
• Analyze marketing campaigns periodically to assess the impact and redirect efforts.

• 5+ years of B2B (SaaS) marketing experience in a fast-growth environment.
• 2+ years of experience in HR/Payroll product marketing. Knowledge of HR and Payroll practice is a strong plus.
• Have an understanding of key messaging frameworks. Previous experience developing positioning /value propositions for tech products is a plus.
• Experience initiating and driving a range of GTM programs, including webinars, social media, content marketing, etc.
• Metric-driven, comfortable in working with data to draw and share insights with stakeholders, experience with Segment, Hubspot, FreshSuccess is a plus.
• Experience working cross-functionally to develop and execute marketing programs.
• Experience in customer marketing running advocacy initiatives is preferred.
• Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, with an eye for quality and attention to detail.
• Well-versed with customer and market development frameworks
• Developed sales content: sales pitches, FAB statements, white papers, and case studies
• An eye for design and experience working with design teams
