The Role: Product Post Sales Integration Manager - Credit Analytics

The Team: The Credit Analytics Product team focuses on defining, managing and supporting data, analytics and workflow solutions for the suite of Credit Analytics products. This creative team collaborates cross sector and drives continuous improvements in product innovation and usability.

The Impact: Reporting to the Lead Pre and Post-Sales Integration, and in collaboration with Credit Product Specialists, this role will be responsible for the post sales integration for Enterprise Credit Analytics, ProSpread, and Climate Credit Analytics, to support a seamless process for client onboarding. The team will manage pre and post sales enterprise integrations, serve as subject matter experts on product functionality and work with the rest of the Product team, Credit Product Specialists, Commercial, and Market Development.

• In collaboration with Credit Product Specialists and Commercial, you will help implement a scalable enterprise pre and post sales process to support continual business growth
• Identifying trends in the market and working closely with clients and internal partners to identify and respond to meaningful developments
• You will be a contributor to the product roadmap, communicating the client needs to the Product Development and Market Development teams
• You will work closely with our clients, Commercial, Market Development, and Product Development teams to drive adoption of Credit Analytics products.

Responsibilities

You are responsible for driving adoption of Credit Analytics products by addressing the clients pre and post sales needs, ultimately driving revenue by meeting the needs of current clients, displacing competitors, penetrating new markets, solving new problems, or selling to new client bases. Your job is to support the best possible experience for our clients, including:
• Helping integration of our Web Services
• Integrating with client Order to Cash, underwriting and financial spreading systems
• Working with our vendor to ingrate our offering
• Partnering with Credit Product Specialists and Commercial to support a seamless process from prospect to client onboarding, ensuring project success
• Coordinating the deployment of solutions in private clouds
• Supporting and executing on go-to-market strategies for product rollout/launch
• Supporting the Commercial, Product Development and Market Development team to build adoption of the product.

Basic Qualifications
• Demonstrated ability to manage scalable process
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on expertise in successfully leading client integrations
• Uses conceptual and innovative thinking (i.e. identifying new/different solutions) to solve issues. Looks beyond immediate problems for wider implications and determines best path forward.
• Strong meeting facilitation, communication and presentation/public speaking skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills
• History of working well in a group setting and proven ability to deliver results
• 3+ years in industry
• 1+ years in client facing role.
