Responsible for the achievement of TFX targets assigned to the branches/channels Takes care of about 6 - 12 branches and mostly aligned with ABM of branch banking, OR, a particular business segment (like Privy, Wealth, WCG, CorpSal etc) Identifies the TFX & FES opportunities in the assigned catchment / segment Regularly interacts with the branches / channels and presents the analysis of stock, market intelligence Identifies the training needs and puts the capability building plan in place Gathers the gather market information.
