We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team of Product Trainers. This position will require you to work with high-level clients by demonstrating the uses of our products both verbally and in a visual format. Your success in this role will depend on your ability to be creative, use your computer knowledge to solve issues, and manage time effectively. Experience working as a Dental Receptionist or Dental Office Manager is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Learn and become an expert in our software
Develop new training materials including writing clear instructions and recording walkthrough videos.
Train dental clinics on the use of software and other instructional materials.
Follow up, answer inquiries, and schedule training sessions
You must be comfortable with learning and teaching how to use software since this is the primary responsibility
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 per year
