Production Assembler-Part Time (20-30 Hours per week)
Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Production Team Member (Assembler) will operate assembly line equipment in a high-volume production environment, such as; sonic welders, torque guns, lift assist, and other manufacturing tools
Perform visual quality checks and adhere to the company's Manufacturing Operating System
The team member will choose their schedule every week based on a 20 or 30 hour per week work pattern
Participate in and attend daily shift and department meetings as required
Must be able to rotate through all tasks in the assembly process and contribute to team effort in order to complete production
Adhere to housekeeping and visual management standards (5S)
Adhere to health and safety requirements and procedures
Assemble parts and assemblies to complete finished product within the allotted timeframe
Adhere to standardized work instructions and quality requirements
Adhere to quality and production standards
Propose potential quality or productivity enhancements i.e
continuous improvements
Report production issues and assist in resolution as required
Perform other duties as requested by supervisor or department manager
Accountability - being obligated and willing to accept responsibility for one's actions

Job Overview:
