Job description
Tesla is recruiting for a motivated and experienced Material Handling Supervisor to join our Team at the MegaFactory. The successful candidate manages day-to day inbound receiving, parts put-away, material delivery to the line and outbound functions while continuously ensuring the integrity of the inventory systems. Expectations include managing to core KPI’s, training and mentoring the team, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The supervisor works closely with Manufacturing, and Material Planning to ensure continuous parts supply to production, to achieve zero downtime. In addition, the Supervisor collaborates with Material Flow Engineering, NPI, Quality, Supply Chain, and Logistics to ensure day-to-day success.
