Description

Job Title: Production Engineer

Grade: Engineer

Location: Neemrana, Rajasthan

Salary Range: 35k/Monthly

Company Overview:

Responsibilities:

1). Responsible for analysing the Injector In-process defected products on daily basis.

2). Responsible for investigating the causes of defect generation

3). Provide support to production & Q.A departments for joint analysis of defects.
4). Carry out customer complaints analysis & execute the action plan for process improvement.
5). Incoming inspection of jigs & tooling received for mass production machines.
6). Verification of set up parts for line start-up & do the Contamination verification on daily basis.
7). Confirm the Preparation of trials and execute the work instructions for trials.

8). Responsible for communicating between Q.A & Production departments regarding the regular issues & their implement the countermeasures to prevent failures in future.

+). Responsible for providing Basic & level-up trainings to new joining associates.

Qualification:

4 -7 Years (Automobile Industry) / Mechanical/Automobile Diploma

Skills/ Knowledge & Experience:

1. Trouble shooting, Abnormal situation handling, Associate’s training provider. 2. Good Communication skills,

3. Knowledge of basic analysis tools: 7QC, 3G etc.

4. Microsoft Excel, Power point, Microsoft Word etc.,
