Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Production Head with expertise in Agrochemical Formulation to contribute significantly to our client's production processes. This executive-level role requires a deep understanding of chemical production processes, particularly in the formulation of agrochemicals and pesticides.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage the production processes of agrochemical formulations to meet organizational targets.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement lean manufacturing techniques to enhance efficiency.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive production planning schedule to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards across production facilities and processes.
• Lead and train the production team, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
• Coordinate with other departments to align production activities with broader business objectives.
• Monitor production costs, ensuring cost-effective operations while maintaining high quality standards.
• Implement effective rejection control measures to improve product output quality and minimize waste.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Extensive experience in process optimization with proven ability to enhance production efficiency and reduce waste.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles for improving production processes and workplace organization.
• Proficient in production planning, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion of manufacturing goals.
• Deep understanding of agrochemical and pesticide formulation production techniques and safety protocols.
• Experience in manpower planning, ensuring optimal resource allocation and workforce efficiency.
• Ability to implement rejection control measures to improve product quality and minimize defects.
• Required expertise in agrochemical formulations, with a focus on both technical and commercial production aspects.
• Strong leadership skills with the capability to lead a team, drive initiatives, and achieve production goals.
