Production Intern

Responsibilities:

On-Site Logistics:Assist with setting up and breaking down event equipment, managing event space, and handling vendor logistics.
Technical Support:Help with the setup and operation of audio-visual equipment, lighting, and staging.
Pre-Production:Assist with tasks like venue scouting, vendor communication, and planning materials.
Event Setup and Breakdown:Assist with setting up event spaces, managing furniture and decorations, and breaking down equipment after the event.
Other Duties:May be asked to perform other tasks as needed, such as creating presentations, managing social media accounts, or providing support to other event staff.
Skills:

Organization and Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with event staff, vendors, and guests.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues that may arise during the event.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with event production equipment, such as audio-visual systems and lighting.
Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with other event staff.
