Job Details:
• Liaise with the production team to ensure seamless event execution.
• Develop detailed timelines and agendas to guide the event planning process.
• Manage event budgets, ensuring all expenses are tracked and accounted for.
• Prepare and maintain documents to monitor cost and expense tracking.
• Conduct thorough venue assessments to create optimized floor plans.
• Coordinate logistics and technical aspects of events, including lighting, sound, and staging.
• Negotiate with vendors to secure the best possible rates and services.
• Manage contracts and agreements with vendors to ensure compliance.
• Sources and manages staff, event crew, and security personnel.
• Oversees printing and distribution management for events.
• Manages photography teams to capture high-quality event moments.
• Reports and evaluates event success post-execution.
