Position: Operations and Production Manager

Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: 3+ years in inventory, office, or production management (preferably in textiles or manufacturing)
Salary Range: ₹4,00,000 – ₹5,50,000 per annum

Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to oversee office operations, manage inventory, and coordinate production and dispatch for our growing textile business. This is a key role that requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and strong collaboration with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth operations, timely deliveries, and high-quality production.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory and Swatch Management:

Manage and organize fabric cut pieces, small and large lots, and swatches.
Prepare and maintain swatches and hangers for dispatch to clients.
Maintain a detailed dispatch register in Excel with all necessary details, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.

2. Office Operations Management:

Supervise daily office maintenance, cleaning, and supply management to ensure a professional workspace.
Oversee and manage office staff to maintain productivity and efficiency.
Ensure the availability of all necessary office supplies at all times.

3. Order and Production Management:

Manage all running samples and production orders, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
Utilize CRM tools to track orders, assign tasks, and monitor progress.
Coordinate with vendors for printing, dyeing, or fabric supply, and ensure proper quality checks at each stage of production.

4. Fabric and Stock Management:

Check fabric stock availability for orders; order new fabric as required.
Oversee lab dips for dyeing processes and ensure approvals before production.
Manage dispatch of fabric and products, followed by tracking and collecting feedback.
5. Sample and Marketing Preparation:

Develop and organize swatches for new fabrics or products.
Plan and create display hangers and marketing samples for promotional use.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure materials are ready for campaigns.

6. Financial and Record Management:

Maintain a cash book for payments received or made, ensuring financial transparency.
Record all financial transactions systematically and accurately.

7. Vendor Coordination and Client Feedback:

Liaise with vendors for timely production and delivery of orders.
Track dispatched orders and collect feedback from clients to improve processes and ensure satisfaction.

8. Process Optimization:

Continuously evaluate and improve workflows for inventory, production, and office operations.
Propose and implement strategies to streamline operations and enhance productivity.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in inventory, production, or office operations management.
Strong understanding of textile production processes (e.g., printing, dyeing, dispatch).
Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Excel, and inventory management systems.
Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach.
