Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Operations Manager based in Kolkata. The Production Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day production planning, managing operations, and ensuring efficient production processes. This role includes developing and implementing production strategies, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. Additionally, the manager will handle supply chain logistics and manage staff performance.
Qualifications
• Strong skills in Production Planning and Production Management
• Proficiency in Operations Management and possessing excellent Analytical Skills
• Effective Communication skills
• Leadership abilities and experience in team management
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the fashion or textile industry is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
