Production Planning Control Executive

Coordinating production workflow for one or multiple products. Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay. Determining manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand.
Key Responsibilities
Developing effective production plans schedules with focus on optimum utilization of manpower material for achieving targets.
Maintaining stock level through valuation and categorization of stock removal of non moving stock and maintaining inventory status time to time.
Evaluating production targets and achieving them within time and cost parameters with a view to meet sales targets.
Prepare machine load chart to utilize man machine combination effectively.
Prepare MIS reports of utilization, non moving inventory finished stock/ WIP and other repartees, and submit to respective departments and top management.
Planning material requirement through discussion with Purchase Department and negotiating with Vendors in order to ensure unhindered production.
Maintain benchmark to on time delivery and also fix lead time for various modules.
Analyze the production status, maintain and revise production lots, safety stock and lead time schedules as per business condition.
To ensure zero failures in daily production schedules and delivery; promptly identify deviations and bring to the notice of the Management and relevant Departments.
Follow-up and track all orders running as per the plan and to take necessary action accordingly.
Working with managers to implement the company policies and achieve goals.
Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed.
Supervising and motivating a team of workers.

Graduate/Diploma/BE/AMIE
Basic Computer/ SAP software Knowledge
