Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Supervisor located in Noida. The Production Supervisor will oversee the production process, manage production schedules, and ensure that production targets are met. They will be responsible for managing the production team, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed, and taking appropriate corrective action in case of deviations from targets or quality issues.
Qualifications
Diploma Mechanical Engineering, Oper a related field.
At least 8years of experience in Production Management, preferably in an automotive or manufacturing environment.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team of production workers.
Experience with. production planning and scheduling, and the ability to manage multiple production lines.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve production issues quickly.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Knowledge of safety protocols, quality standards, and production efficiency metrics,
