About the Role
">">As an IT Specialist in our Production Support Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring all our live platforms run smoothly without issues and perform at their full capacity. You will be responsible for investigating errors in high-end platforms, researching and fixing defects, and developing code and scripts to solve complex technical issues. Additionally, you will investigate problems on databases, web, and application servers, communicate with production support analysts and testers, and automate manual processes within production support.

">">• Investigate errors in live high-end platforms and develop solutions to resolve them.">">">">• Research and fix defects based on descriptions provided.">">">">• Develop code, scripts, and schemas required to solve complex technical issues.">">">">• Investigate problems on databases, web, and application servers.">">">">• Communicate effectively with production support analysts and testers.">">">">• Automate manual processes within production support.
Requirements
">">To succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in multiple programming languages (e.g., Java/.NET), experience in relational databases (MS SQL Database or Oracle is preferred), and good understanding of OOP and ability to debug code and understand log entries. You should also have 2+ years of production support experience in a bank or financial vendor across multiple technologies/platforms. Basic knowledge of AWS and strong communication and presentation skills are essential. A positive attitude, logical thinking, and reverse engineering skills are also required. Desired skills include knowledge of ITIL, experience with system administration in Linux/Unix, and previous knowledge of FNZ Studio Technology. Advanced knowledge of AWS is desirable.
