Job Description – Signature Communicator

About the Role:

The Associate Will Be Responsible For Below Activities
• Estimation of new Communicator projects
• Gathering and elicitation of Requirements Documents and technical specs for Signature Communicator projects
• New XML schema creation
• Enhancement of existing XML
• HSP instance setup for new environment
• Communicator code development and unit testing XML
• De-bugging and troubleshooting in QA testing, UAT and Prod support

Required Qualifications
• MCA, B.E or bachelor’s degree in computer science /information technology related disciplines

Essential Job Responsibilities
• 7-10 years of overall experience including 5years plus experience in Banking or Financial domain preferably Signature application.
• Good hands-on experience in XML scripting is must
• Knowledge and good understanding of XML based Application
• Follow Quality Control processes according to the Industry Standard practices
• Take initiatives and work independently to meet organizational priorities
• Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
• Liaison with Fiserv clients, third party providers and other Fiserv Business Units to facilitate Project delivery
• Develop and maintain a full understanding of Fiserv products, services, best practices, and company standards
• Consistently create a positive experience for Fiserv clients and colleagues that builds strong relationships and fosters client loyalty
• Keep current with relevant industry trends and best practices
