OVERVIEW
At Orion Groups, we are looking for a Program Delivery Coordinator with a passion for healthcare technology.
The Program Delivery Coordinator will serve as an extension of the M&A oversight role, focusing on quality assurance, documentation review, and dashboard management. This opportunity will support the execution of mergers and acquisitions by ensuring that project management documentation is accurate and effectively communicated across teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Quality Assurance: Review program management documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Dashboard Management: Create and maintain executive milestone dashboards using tools like ServiceNow, Google Sheets, or Smartsheet.
• Data Management: Own and enhance spreadsheets that track application discovery and project milestones.
• Collaboration: Work closely with project managers and coordinators to ensure project deliverables are on track.
• Documentation: Manage meeting agendas and notes, ensuring follow-up on action items.
• Auditing: Conduct background audits on project documentation to ensure quality and completeness.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to simplify and improve processes related to program delivery.
EXPERIENCE
• Proficiency in Google Sheets; experience with ServiceNow or similar tools is required.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on detail-oriented quality control.
• Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration among project teams.
• Experience in project management or as a business analyst is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Bachelor's degree
