A Police & Community Youth Centres (PCYC) is the leading WA youth organisation. We work with the WA Police Force, Community and Government Agencies to ensure that young people across WA reach their potential. Our 16 centres are located from Albany in the South to Kununurra in the North.
About the Role
We are seeking a talented Activities Coordinator to join our team in Bunbury. As an Activities Coordinator, you will report directly to the Centre Manager to ensure delivery of high quality recreational activities, provide exceptional customer service and support the staff to ensure our current timetable is reflective of community needs.
Key Responsibilities
Create a welcoming, vibrant and fun Centre culture for children & young people and staff.
Promote the PCYC brand, mission and image within the local community.
Ensure centre operational and recreational compliance, reporting and administration tasks are completed.
Assist the Centre Manager with the Centre financial performance, fundraising and budget management.

About You
To succeed in this role, you will need experience with managing and developing recreation programs and activities. You should also have experience and/or qualifications in customer service management, community and recreational services or another relevant field. Demonstrated ability to manage staff with proven ability to lead under pressure and in challenging working environments is essential. A National Police Clearance, Driver's License and Working with Children Check are required.
