Job Description
- Drive end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including role definition, candidate sourcing, candidate assessment, selection, offer generation, pre-boarding as per agreed SLAs
- Develop a thorough understanding of the profiles for which you are searching by forming and maintaining a relationship with hiring managers, understand talent availability, requirements and trends for the area and conduct initial screening of received profiles.
- Develop knowledge and experience of competitors, market intelligence and trends in recruitment.
- Strengthen understanding of external job market and recruitment trends in industry to prepare competitive job offers as per the guidelines
- Ensure proper documentation in line with compliance requirements during all stages of candidate assessment for future reference and audits
- Acts as an internal consultant to HR/line management, advising on local resourcing matters and providing challenges and suggestions for improving resourcing effectiveness.
- Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies
- Provide coaching and guidance to more junior level recruiting staff
- Understand R1's strategic imperatives and apply your recruiting expertise to address client needs.
- Utilize Workday to perform candidate screening (and other program tools)
- Ensure detailed screening and selection criteria to identify top talent and resolve meaningful strength of the talent in the pool.
- Works towards the implementation of resourcing strategy across the designated area by means of utilizing appropriate interventions and initiatives.
What you'll need: (Job Requirements)
- 12 to 14 years' experience in a corporate recruitment role (preferably ITES / BPO/healthcare sector)
- Experience in building rapport and collaborating with Hiring Managers through the open requisition, sourcing, debrief and offer stages
- Expertise in sourcing through social media channels and other innovative sourcing channels
- Demonstrable experience in partner management and strength to hold difficult conversations with them
- Build expertise in deep domain knowledge, understanding of business strategy and drive innovation
