Join us as a Programme Manager This is an opportunity for a driven Programme Manager to take on an exciting new career challenge You'll be able to build and maintain a wide network of stakeholders of varying degrees of seniority It's a chance to have a tangible effect on our function, put your existing skills to the test and advance your career We're offering this role at vice presidentlevel What you'll do You'll drive the focus on delivering customer value by following the defined programme as directed by senior managers, including the preferred technology methodology in partnership with various stakeholders and make sure they follow the appropriate objectives, structure and scope. You'll also: Build, manage and maintain a positive working relationship with senior stakeholders across multiple franchises and functions, influencing decision-making in line with business objectives Be accountable for programme level RAID Understand the impacts other programmes or Domain backlogs may have and manages the dependencies Empower and lead teams through the project lifecycle Coach individual Project Managers and is a point of escalation for Project Managers Track and report on programme costs and ensure the programme is completed within allotted budgets The skills you'll need You'll need knowledge and experience of programme and portfolio management theories, models and practices, including mandatory, regulatory and scaled Agile and DevOps environment. You'll also need knowledge of change framework, and an appropriate programme management qualification, such as MSP, Agile or Prince 2. You'll also need: Experience of managing and controlling costs to a budget successfully Experience of delivering strategic programmes that support the business strategy and its growth agenda To be a very capable communicator with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to your peers and management level colleagues, with good collaboration and stakeholder management skills Experience of delivering programme management in a Technology or IT function using Agile methodology and associated toolsets and methodologies as well as Waterfall methods where required
